Breakfast with protein-fat for vegans – tofu with spirulina
You often ask for a suggestion for protein-fat breakfast for vegans.
I personally recommend adding spirulina. But if you do not have it at hand, use another available Lio Shake.
Why spirulina?
Several times I briefly described the properties of this natural algae. Today I will present the main benefits of using spirulina:

Jar with tofu and spirulina
Preparation:
Mix tofu with milk, lemon, spices and spirulina until its smooth . Put the contents into a jar and sprinkle with the walnuts.
