Chia Pudding for Brunch

Do you like chia seeds? It is worth adding them to salads, cocktails, desserts and savory dishes. They are characterized by high nutritional value, rich in omega 3 unsaturated fatty acids, which support our immunity and are necessary for the proper functioning of the brain! Chia pudding is a great idea for a meal when you don’t have much time. You can prepare it the day before and put it in the fridge. Add to it any fruit that is a source of dietary fiber that supports the proper functioning of the intestines. You can also use dark chocolate and your favorite nut paste (this time I chose the strawberry one, which you can find HERE) 🙂

 

Preparation:

I diced the peach (I left a few bits for decoration, you can also choose mango). Then I put it into the blender, along with banana, chia seeds, cocoa and plant-based drink. I blended it until smooth, poured it into a jar, decorated with the toppings, peach and refrigerated for 3 hours.
