Christmas Zander Steak in Bouillon

I have already shown you lots of recipes for fish that could replace the traditional carp on our Christmas tables 🙂 This time I tried to prepare zander. The recipe for bouillon which you can use in this dish is HERE or HERE.

Preparation:

I cleaned and dried the zander. I sprinkled it with some lemon juice, added salt and pepper. Then I melted clarified butter in a pan, added chopped garlic and right after that I put in the fish and fried it on both sides over high heat. Next, I poured in the bouillon and stewed the fish with the lid on. In the end I sprinkled the fish with some thyme.
