Healthy & Sweet Snacks

As part of the ongoing Back to the Roots Challenge, I return to my basic pillars of health. These include not only a healthy diet and physical activity, but also psychophysical balance, that is healthy sleep, regeneration and relaxation, but also nutritional balance. No worries, there is also room for something sweet in healthy eating! I am convinced that a healthy lifestyle does not mean sacrifices, and the desserts that I want to offer you today are the best example of this.

If you are looking for snacks that are both sweet and valuable in terms of nutrients, remember that both during the challenge and after it has finished, you can find them in my Diet&Training by Ann application. Be sure to check it out! 🙂
