Vegetarian Pâté

I know some of you are vegetarian and that’s why I’ve prepared a few recipes for delicious veggie Easter dishes. Today I’ll show you a recipe for a vegetarian paté. Preparation:

I cooked millet groats by adding two cups of water to each cup of millet. I melted the ghee in a pan and stewed chopped leek. Then I grated the carrots and celeriac and after a few minutes stirred them into the leek, added a little water (8-10 tablespoons) and stewed with the lid on until the vegetables were tender. I added the spices, cooked millet and blended. In the end I stirred in the nuts, the flour and combined all the ingredients. I greased a loaf pan and sprinkled with some flour. Then I poured in the mixture, put the pan into a warm oven and baked for about 40 minutes at 180 ℃. I left the paté in the oven to cool.
