Warm Yourself Up And Boost Immunity!

How do you cope with the coming autumn, the shorter days, cooler mornings and evenings? After summer holidays, when we often give up on a healthy diet, it is worth getting back on track and strengthening our immunity. With this in mind, I have prepared a collection of my favorite recipes: this time for warming drinks that are rich in health-promoting ingredients! 🙂 

It is of course not enough just to consume from time to time the products that have a strong effect on supporting the body’s defenses (such as garlic, turmeric, ginger). The basis is still a varied, balanced diet, tailored to individual needs, rich in fruits and vegetables. It is important to have them in our menu, preferably on a permanent basis.
