New School Year — New Work and School Lunchbox Ideas
I can’t believe it’s September already! The summer break is over, we’ve recharged the batteries and it’s time to get back into routine. When thinking about your new daily schedule, it is important to remember about lunch: the meal we should all have at school or work.
I have written lots of times why planning meals that we eat out is so important, but it is worth remembering that a mindfully planned lunch helps you to avoid snacking, provides the body with valuable nutrients and reduces the risk of overeating in the evening. What’s more, when planning meals in advance, we make reasonable choices while shopping and nothing goes to waste. When we bring something delicious and nutritious with us, we can fully focus on our tasks without worrying about whether we will be able to buy some fast food during the break. Therefore, when preparing lunchboxes for your kids, it is just as important to take care of your needs. I have a set of ideas for you that will work both at school and during the break between your professional duties. I am sure that everyone will find something here!
